Presentation
A 34-year-old man went to the doctor complaining of ocular pain in both eyes. Even with the excessive tearing he was having, his eyes were burning and felt like they had a foreign body in them. He also couldn’t stop rubbing them because they were itchy. Scaly plaques and crust were visible along the top and bottom eyelid.
