Life Lessons Festival returns!

Mental Health

The Sunday Times’ Life Lessons Festival returns as an open-air event with a great line-up and plenty of (brain) food for thought…

Life Lessons, London’s thought-led festival, will take place once again between 16-18 July. This time the festival will unfold in the beautiful surroundings of Chiswick House and Gardens in London, with an amazing array of writers, broadcasters, academics and social commentators to provoke thought, action and change.

Six topics inform the programme for the weekend; living healthier, the mind and mental health, society and community, science, nature and the universe, living better for the planet and modern life.

Speakers include Ruby Wax, Professor Brian Cox, Kimberley Wilson, Nikesh Shukla, Dr Rangan Chaterjee, Mary Portas, Claudia Winkleman, Julia Bradbury, Pandora Sykes and Jess Phillips MP.

In addition to these incredible talks, there’ll be workshops from DUG, who’ll share vegan recipes and how to maximise a vegan diet, meditative mindfulness sessions with Christoph Spiessens and Dr K’s lifestyle clinic to delve into any lifestyle imbalances you’d like to address.

There are opportunities to engage with wonderful organisations and buy from ethical brands too, with Greenpeace, The Woodland Trust and WWF in attendance, as well as Mantra Jewellery, Freddie’s Flowers, Remedy Health, Symprove, Concept: Skin and many more.

Once your brain and bags are full, you can turn to feeding your body and soul, and choose between delicious offerings from Churros Garcia, Wholefood Haven, Rainbo Food, Meatless Farm, Hermanos Tacos, Hanoi Ca Phe and Guassa Group.

Tickets are on sale now.
