Stellar Biotics was founded by Dr. Luba Sichel, a reputable microbiologist, who created the Cell Fragment Technology used to lyse the probiotic strain (lactobacillus rhamnosus DV) in the company’s products.
“Dr. Sichel is really an inspirational female leader. She’s a leading microbiologist. She has eminence in the research and academic field and she’s also a very human and warm person to work with. I really like the team that she’s leading and our team is more women than men, so that says a lot about Stellar Biotics.”
As Rubio adjusts to the new role at work, she is also preparing for perhaps her biggest role yet.
“I am very excited to be welcoming a baby girl. It’s our first, so we’re looking forward to seeing how we manage it all,” said Rubio.
